The Administrative Data Service (ADS) within the UK Data Archive is seeking to appoint an Administrator to provide excellent administrative support for the service.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with the ADS as part of the innovative Administrative Data Research Network, a newly funded national infrastructure designed to support researchers in linking and analysing routinely collected administrative data, providing a rich new resource for economic and social research.

The post holder will be required to provide excellent PA support to the Director and Co-Director and provide administrative support to the ADS team to ensure the efficient and effective day-to-day administration of the service.

We are looking for an individual with extensive experience of working as a PA to a senior manager. Excellent administrative skills as well as the ability to act with discretion and maintain confidentiality are essential.

This is a full time, fixed-term position until 30 September 2018. Due to the nature of the work within the ADS, staff appointed to this service are subject to a staff vetting process which includes a criminal record disclosure check.
